^^^ these are all absolutely incredible things that coaching has blessed me with and I’m grateful every day for them.

That’s where the magic happens, and that’s where the friendships go even deeper. It brings me back to being an athlete and always taking responsibility + ownership for putting in the individual work that’s necessary to achieve bigger, badder TEAM GOALS.
It’s not easy. It takes consistency, hard work + sacrifice. It takes pushing through a lot of your own BS (the doubt, the fears)— but what’s on the other side of that… well, only you can decide if it’s worth it or not 🙃
