After finishing many years of sports and collegiate soccer, I had finally entered the real world without a constant mandatory regimen of workouts. After college in my early 20's, I would run 3-5 miles 4x/week and lift intermittently at my own leisure. I was also able to eat whatever I wanted, while still maintaining the weight and figure I desired. As time has progressed, I found myself working out longer, running further, and would attempt to change my diet, but I still would be at a plateau and not see the results I wanted.
My good friend Danielle became a coach for Beachbody and introduced me to the 3-Day Refresh. I absolutely loved it! I felt that it helped me want to eat cleaner, and helped drive me to work out more. I then tried Shakeology, and I can honestly say that I can’t see my mornings without it! Not only does it give me a lot of energy and helps keep me full, it tastes great too! Chocolate and Café Latte are my favs!
Because of my love for the 3-Day Refresh and the Shakeology, I decided to try the 21 Day Fix – and I have to say, I'm so happy I did! It really taught me proper portion control, and helped zone in on specific muscles that running alone wasn't addressing.
