+ What’s the difference between being a client (aka bootcamper) and being a coach on your team?
In a nutshell, coaching is simply a step up from being a client! As a client, you’re 100% focused on YOUR own journey.
As a coach, you’re also 100% focused on YOUR own journey but you’re also sharing that journey through social media to 1) hold yourself more accountable and 2) to inspire others to say “if she can, I can”. Through authentically sharing your story, you’ll connect with other women and help them make the same lifestyle changes you have through our access to our programs + community of women. BONUS: earning an income AND having the opportunity to qualify for trips, retreats, etc. with our team!
+ What is your Fit Girl Gang?
The Fit Girl Gang is a virtual community of women from all across the country who are all looking to level up in their fitness, nutrition, and LIFE! We stream our workouts virtually based on our own schedules and come together through our virtual bootcamp groups to share recipes, motivation, and sweaty selfies! It’s the perfect space for accountability and it’s a game-changer for anyone who is looking to make fitness FUN.
+ What’s included when I join your virtual bootcamps?
The better question is what’s not included?! You’ll get an annual membership to a library of 90+ fitness programs you can stream from anywhere. The programs vary in length, level, and type of workout. You and I will work together to pick the best program for your goals and lifestyle.
You’ll also gain access to workout calendars, easy meal plans, hundreds of recipes, and lifetime access to our Fit Girl Gang community. This includes monthly bootcamp groups for extra accountability, motivation, and support as you start tackling your goals alongside other kick-ass women.
+ Can I do other workouts when I start these programs?
Absolutely! These programs are meant to provide structure in your everyday fitness, but if there are other workouts you enjoy doing then, by all means, I encourage you to do them and sprinkle them in! Some examples include running, hot yoga, spin, Orange Theory, F45, etc.
+ When I join as a client / bootcamper, do I have to share photos/post on social media?
We work to YOUR comfort level. Most of my clients will share progress pictures in our monthly bootcamp groups (women only), but if you’d prefer to send them to me directly (or hold onto them privately), that works too. You are definitely not required to post anything on social media but it does give some clients another layer of accountability. The choice is ultimately yours!
+ What are your favorite places to shop?
My go-to spots for activewear are Lululemon, Alo Yoga, Nike (for sports bras), and Fabletics. When it’s time to get glam, you can find me shopping at Vici, Abercrombie, Target, Princess Polly, and other local boutiques.
+ What is the best way to reach you?

TOP TIPS FOR LIVING A LIFE YOU LOVE?
Live by your own rules.
Try not to pursue a career or opportunity because it’s what you’re “supposed to do” or it’s what society considers successful.
Step back to identify what brings YOU the most joy and chase after that thing. Take baby steps in that direction, express your interests to others, seek out opportunities and remember: if you never ask.. the answer is always no.
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Too often we think of vulnerability as a weakness but it’s really a strength.
Surround yourself with people who empower you + encourage you to rise!

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT BOOKS?
It’s funny you ask because I used to HATE reading and thought personal development books were all woo-woo. Now I look forward to reading them every morning. I start each day by filling my cup (mentally and physically) and focusing on myself before I let the world in.

WHAT DO YOU EAT IN A DAY?
I start each morning out with water, my pre-workout, and a bar. At lunchtime, I love having either a superfood shake or a smoothie bowl. I love spicing things up with different flavors and toppings!
Some of my favorite afternoon snacks include rice cakes with peanut butter and banana, Laughing Cow cheese wedges, or string cheese. My latest obsession has been Poppi-- a healthy, functional prebiotic soda. For dinner, I love to get down with some taco salad, cauliflower pizza, a salad with fruit, candied walnuts, and feta, or a classic burrito bowl.
